When I started The Systems Shop in 1986 I had one overarching goal — to help small business people improve their lives through intelligent, cost-effective use of computer technology. In 1987 I discovered Timeslips, which completely revolutionized the way I did my billing. I became a Timeslips-Certified Consultant and expanded my practice to include small law firms. Eventually, I came to focus exclusively on the needs of small to medium size law firms. That remains the focus of The Systems Shop.
