This page will allow you to connect directly to one of our technicians for assistance, via a service called WebEx. You will be guided through a few easy steps that will temporarily make your desktop visible to us and allow us to take control of your computer.

In the next few screens you see, you will be asked to click "YES" and "NEXT". Please do so. This will install the WebEx software that will allow us to connect to your computer. While connected, it is very important that you do not touch your computer, as this could cause unpredictable and potentially damaging results to your system.

Please Note: You will need to reset your default printer when the session is complete. Please take a moment now to check your current default printer settings. s

Also, please close any items you may have open on your computer that you consider private or confidential.
